Each of our cider varieties has been formulated with only the freshest and best quality fruit which is then pressed and concentrated using our state of the art evaporators, and then cold filled into a pouch. All this effort we go to ensures we preserve the natural flavour of the fruit, giving you cider which is fresh, crisp and especially good on a hot summer's day. If you don't like apples, just remember a cider a day also keeps the doctor away.

Mangrove Jack's Apple Cider: These beers are a culmination of two years of development using only the finest malt extracts and highest quality yeasts. Our extracts have been through extensive screening and we have selected the most appropriate malt and genuine beer yeast strains for each beer style.

The latest brewing technology - now in pouches Each Duo pouch is cold filled using the latest nitrogen technology to provide the ultimate contamination protection. This low temperature process retains the delicate flavours and aromas traditionally lost during the pasteurisation of cans by prolonged heating and hot filling.

The Duo-pack pouch has twin pockets, one for the yeast and one for the malt. When the top of the pouch is opened, the yeast sachet is removed from one side and the hopped malt extract is poured from the other side into the fermenter for brewing.
