ESB Fresh Wort Kit - California Steam Ale

Deeper in colour than its American Pale Ale cousins, steam beer also known as a California Common, offers easy drinking approachable hops. Ideally suited to those that fancy something a bit different. the highly effervescent style comes from fermenting with specific lager yeast at a warmer temperature, giving it a unique profile. Late hopped with cascade hops for a fruity yet smooth finish.

For the best results, we recommend the use of White Labs WLP810 San Francisco Lager yeast.
